Move between balls shuffling your feet sideways. The outside balls will separate more and more from each other as you repeat the sequence. Pick up again the ball that is now in the middle and move it outside the ball on the left. Pickup the ball in the middle and move it outside of the right ball. Start with three balls in the middle between the markers. Set two markers far apart from each other, about the size of a real goal.
